Manaaki & Me Membership
A 10% deposit is required for your Manaaki & Me Membership. Once your deposit has been paid and online sign up is complete. Your Membership will be activated.
10% discount off retail products in store or online.
Payment options can be weekly, or pay in advance of your treatment.
If for some reason you are unable to finish your membership due to leaving Auckland you are more than welcome to transfer your membership.
Standard shipping delivery time frames
Orders shipped via standard shipping are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability. We charge a flat fee of $9.95 for postage and GST is included. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days only.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact customer care at info@manaaki.co. You can pay for your online order by creidt card using either Visa or Mastercard. Plus we offer AFTERPAY Online, In-store and LAYBY
Online store returns policy
• We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our online store products except discontinued items. The guarantee is valid from the shipping date. This means, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
• We recommend that you send your returns via Track and Trace Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Please return the product to Manaaki Wellbeing, 85 St Lukes Road, Sandringham, Auckland 1025.
• Be sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is 10 to 15 business days from the receipt date. To ensure that your returns remains eligible for a refund, please have the package return postmarked before our 30-day money back guarantee expires.
