This healing treatment is for anyone who has been struggling with sleeping issues or who has been feeling low, depressed, or lacking clarity or motivation. In Te Ao Māori, we see the head as a sacred tapu. We will blend personalised aromatherapy oils to address any issues you are facing. We will use warm oil on your head, scalp, neck, and shoulders, finishing with a hot towel to infuse those precious oils. You will leave feeling lighter and relaxed.

A healing foot massage ritual
A personalised Aromatherapy blend based on your health needs will be chosen for you. Your feet will be wrapped in a hot towel. While you are resting in the Manaaki bed, we will start with mirimiri to calm your nervous system. In Reflexology, the feet connect to all body organs. In Atua Healing®, the feet represent the first two chapters of your life and the patterns of intergenerational traumas. In Rongoā Māori, the feet represent our connection to Papatūānuku, so we connect to Te Atua and increase our Mana.

Bio-Pulse Ionic Detox Foot Spa
The Bio-Pulse Ionic Detox fully revitalises the body and increases overall wellbeing. It involves relaxing in a warm foot bath of ionised water for 30 minutes, stimulating the body’s natural cleansing processes at a cellular level. Hyperbaric Oxygen Inhalation
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is offered as an add-on treatment to your Atua Healing® or Bio-Pulse Detox therapies. It works wonders in speeding up recovery from illness, injury, muscle soreness post-exercise, and wound healing (including wounds that are usually difficult to heal). It is also hugely energising, boosts mental alertness, and can provide a natural cure for headaches, hangovers, and even jet lag!
This treatment is an inhalation, during which the client breathes in 90 to 95% pure oxygen, increasing the oxygen levels in the blood. The oxygen must first be inhaled and distributed to the organs via the circulatory system to contribute to cellular regeneration – it cannot penetrate the body at all when applied topically.
