Payment Options


We accept the following payment options:

Online Booking System


We use Timely, a highly encrypted booking system created in New Zealand.

Card Capture

Card capture takes your credit or debit card details to reserve your appointment without charging your credit card. These details are stored securely within Timely.

Reschedule Bookings

Once you have made your booking and received your first email, flag it and keep it as it has a hyperlink that says View or change my appointment.

Booking Reminders

You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your booking. If you live in New Zealand, you will receive a text message 24 hours beforehand.

Gift Vouchers

Someone who cares about you has given you a voucher. To make your booking, Look for Redeem my Gift Voucher. There are three options: 90 minutes, 60 minutes, or 30 minutes. Let us know what you would like in the booking notes.

 

Booking Info


Time Slots

At Manaaki Wellbeing, your appointment is a time slot that includes consultation, your chosen treatment, payment, and any future bookings. We'll let you know if any extra cost could be added to your facial treatment, giving you a choice if you would like to proceed. After all Face treatments and Healing Body treatments, we make time for you to finish with herbal tea and a bliss ball.

Late Arrivals

Please note that you will be allotted a specific time slot when booking. We understand and appreciate that hold-ups can and do occur. However, please be aware that your treatment may be shortened if you arrive late or have another appointment directly after yours.

Cancellations

Out of consideration and respect for me, please give me 48 hours notice via email at info@manaaki.co or text Carmel at 021492276. If you fail to make contact, a cancellation fee will be charged.

No Shows

When you make time and fail to show up for your booking, it robs someone else of the opportunity who desperately wants to get in to see me for their healing process.
